To ensure the best service for all our guests and the smooth operation of our salon, we kindly request that you review and respect the following policies: Appointment Policy: If you arrive more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, we may need to reschedule your service or add you to our walk-in list. All services after 6:30 PM require an appointment.

Right to Refuse Service:


We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service to anyone displaying rude behavior or a negative attitude. Courtesy Policy: Please keep phone calls and conversations at a low volume to maintain a calm and comfortable environment for all guests. Refund Policy: We do not offer refunds on services. However, we will do our best to address and resolve any concerns you may have regarding your experience.

• Pricing: All service prices are listed on our menu. We encourage you to confirm the total with your nail technician prior to receiving services. Personal Belongings: Please keep your valuables safe. The salon is not responsible for any lost or damaged personal items.

• Damaged Products: Guests are responsible for any damage to salon products or property during their visit (e.g., broken nail polish bottles).
